Key Responsibilities
- Own day-to-day communication with clients.
- Capture, structure, and prioritize client requests in Jira.
- Translate business and operational needs into clear, actionable tasks.
- Track progress, dependencies, deadlines, and risks.
- Coordinate work between internal teams and stakeholders.
- Ensure scope, timelines, and deliverables are controlled.
- Maintain accurate documentation and status reporting.
Required Skills & Experience
- Proven experience as a Project Coordinator, Project Administrator, or similar role.
- Fluent English and Russian (spoken and written) — mandatory.
- Strong client communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Hands-on experience with Jira (issue creation, workflows, tracking).
- High attention to detail and strong organizational discipline.
- Ability to manage multiple parallel requests without loss of control.
